This book is divided into three sections.
- The first section explains what this Atomic Picture looks like.
- In the second section, we use this picture to explain many daily happenings around us.
- The third section takes you on a historical walk; the story of how we found out about atoms. The first reading of this book will give you an overview.
But like any good book, to fully grasp all the different ideas, you must re-read the book several times. In my science classes with middle and high school students, I find that the Atomic Picture dramatically improves a student’s ability to understand and explain things. It also helps them understand and visualize what they learn in school. The inspiration for this book is the curiosity of my Lawrence, Sankara and AhaGuru Students.
