Introduction to VLSI Design

This text is for undergraduate VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration) design courses. Its emphasis is on the relationship between circuit layout design and electrical system performance, and it covers topics such as the basic physics of devices and introductory VLSI computer systems in CMOS and NMOS.
